General Conditions of International Sale

2. Scope of Application
These Conditions apply to both B2B and B2C transactions worldwide unless otherwise stated.
2A. Consumer Sales (B2C) – Mandatory Information
Where the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, the following provisions apply in accordance with European consumer protection laws.
Seller Responsibility:
The Company is the seller of record and responsible for the transaction.
Product Information:
Products include ingredients, allergens, origin, and storage conditions in accordance with EU Regulation 1169/2011.
Prices:
Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before checkout.
Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products.
Customer Support:
Customers may contact support for complaints or assistance.
Legal Guarantee:
Consumers are entitled to legal guarantees under applicable laws.
3. Contract Formation
Orders are binding upon confirmation via checkout or written acceptance.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required in advance.
5. Retention of Title
Ownership remains with the Company until full payment is received.
6. Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are indicative. Risk passes upon delivery.
7. Inspection & Claims
The Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt.
For consumers, statutory rights apply under applicable law.
8. Returns & Withdrawal
Food products are generally non-returnable due to their nature.
For consumers, the right of withdrawal is excluded for perishable goods.
9. Storage Responsibility
The Buyer is responsible for proper storage after delivery.
10. Allergen Information
All allergens are indicated in product descriptions in accordance with EU law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the order where permitted by law.
12. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for events beyond its control.
13. Governing Law
These Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law.
For consumers, jurisdiction may also apply in their country of residence.
14. Final Provisions
If any provision is invalid, the remaining remain in effect.
